Business and Finance
I have been working in this company for eleven years already - quite a long time, according to most people I know. Today, when it has become so difficult to find a suitable and stable job, I would say I am one lucky girl to have a job that I really enjoy. No, it doesn't pay as much as the other companies offer, but what is important is that I see and I feel the employer's genuine concern for employees' welfare. In fact, I do not know of any other company offering as many grants for employee training as what our company has been giving. This is a clear indication that our employer is determined not only to succeed in business but also, it seeks to establish a strong and effective partnership with the employees. For me, this fosters both professional and personal growth on our part. So when I am asked what's keeping me from leaving my job in favor of another which can give me more financial gain, I say, truly, there is so much that matters more than just money.
