My best friends are my childhood friends. We have a very subtle level of understanding and trust that makes us an unbreakable circle of friends. We have been together since childhood to adulthood. We separated for a few years when we all went off to college. After college we all went back home and we have brilliant jobs. Once in a while we get together and reminisce on good times. One of our friends is getting married and we all think that is amazing. His fiance loves hog roast and he does not like it at all. They have both decided to serve beef roast and hog roast for their wedding. We have never thought of hog roasts for weddings. This was a first time. We had also never had to host a wedding that had two main course dishes. We got caterers who can make sure that they get the two main courses right. We knew we were not having the hog roast, that was us but the rest of the wedding guest list would actually like it. |

Many women try out many diets in an attempt to either detox their body system, or I order to maintain or acquire good health and the most popular one is in order to loose weight. For those who are aiming for a better health, they indulge themselves in consuming a lot of fruits and taking freshly squeezed juice. Those who are losing weight do not eat a lot and snack rarely. What they do not realize is that they can still have a healthy snack or even meals that will not make them gain weight but instead make them healthier. They can achieve or experience this by indulging themselves in having the afternoon tea surrey tradition. They can have the afternoon tea between two thirty in the afternoon and four thirty in the afternoon. This will enable them to curb the hunger that creeps in at such times and instead snack on healthy food like having sandwiches consisting of cucumbers, and they can choose whole wheat bread that is really healthy. The reason why women jump from one diet to the other is because they do not deliver the desirable results. |

Coming from an all boy family, being the only girl, I developed some habits unconsciously that made me be branded as a tom boy, a title I bore with a lot of pride. This is because I needed not to worry about what I am going to wear, does it match with my make up, or how many layers of makeup do I have to apply in order to look really appealing. All I had to do is shower, and as long as I was in a pair of jeans and a t shirt, then I had nothing to worry about. My brothers and I never liked afternoon tea because we dubbed it as an appetizer and on top of that it just made us hungrier because we never got satisfied. My mother used to get invited to high tea surrey and we use to accompany her when she asked because they not only used to serve tea but they used to serve food too. The best kind and we all loved it because at times they would serve hot pork ribs, another time they could serve fish and my favorite of all was chicken. In contrast to afternoon tea, this was the only type pf tea that used to do our stomachs justice. |

Lucy, Zoey and I have this weekend tradition. Every Saturday morning where all three of us are free we would eat breakfast at our favorite restaurant at around 7AM. It would usually take about an hour or two due to chitchat and what not. By the time that we finished breakfast we would head out to our favorite shopping mall to do window shopping which would usually result in us buying a thing or two. In my case it would usually be a book or a manga while Zoey would usually buy an earring or two and Lucy would end up buying a matryoshka doll figurine to add to her collection. Last Saturday was no different we went about our routine and during our window shopping we found this newly opened wedding catering company that has lots of beautiful wedding cake dummies on display. There were also several sample wedding invitations on display as well as giveaway ideas. The display showcase is actually quite a colorful one displaying several wedding items and Zoey got entranced, she said wedding is most definitely beautiful. |
